Arlington Trust CompanySM has two locations, Birmingham, Alabama and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Arlington Trust Company of New Hampshire allows clients trust law flexibility and potential state income tax benefits. New Hampshire has no state income tax for non-residents and allows the establishment of irrevocable trusts that have no expiration date (Dynasty Trusts). These trusts leverage estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax exemptions.
